Light cheese cake originated in Hakada, Japan in 1948 with the name "Uncle Tetsu", it was favored greatly by people rapidly with a less sweet flavor and fewer calories that is more suitable for Asian culture. Different from cheese cake, light cheese cake is made with cream cheese, butter, sugar, whipped cream and eggs, it contains less cheese and sugar that with complicated processes.
